Mit einem interdiziplinären Team entwickelt und realisiert die BUPNET GmbH innovative Bildungs- und Beratungsprojekte auf nationaler und internationaler Ebene. Im Mittelpunkt dieser Vorhaben stehen:
• die Entwicklung und Erprobung innovativer Bildungskonzepte und -methoden
• die Arbeitsplatzsicherung und Karriereförderung von Beschäftigten sowie die Förderung der Unternehmen

  I-CARE - Intercultural Care in the Social and Healthcare Sector

  Communication between employees working in the social and healthcare sector and their clients with migration background is greatly influenced by the ability to deal with cultural diversity. In general, the work of the socio-health professionals with people of different national, ethnic, social and economic origins has created difficulties and perplexities in the relationship and in professional intervention.

  Enable, Empower, Engage Third Country National Women to enhance professional opportunities The project tackles one of the most critical issues with regards to the integration of refugee and migrant women of Third Country Origins ( TCN) in the labour market – identification, assessment and development of the required skills and competences.

  VIPs - Vielfalt Integration Partizipation stärken

  VIPs ist ein Projekt zur Unterstützung des Miteinanders der lokalen Bevölkerung und Zugewanderten im Landkreis Kassel. Das 3-jährige Projekt wird gemeinsam mit unserem langjährigen Kooperationspartner, dem Landkreis Kassel, durchgeführt und bis Oktober 2022 durch EU-Zuwendungen aus dem Asyl-, Migrations- und Integrationsfonds (AMIF) beim Bundesamt für Migration und Flüchtlinge (BAMF) gefördert.

Der Workshop wird im Rahmen des EU-Projektes Führung in Zukunft angeboten.
